8:00 AM – Morning Setup & Planning
The day starts with a quick check-in on Trello, my go-to tool for project management. I review client tasks, respond to urgent emails, and prioritize what needs attention.

9:00 AM – Virtual Assistant Tasks
Client inboxes are where I dive in first:
- Responding to customer support emails
- Scheduling meetings via Calendly
- Managing social media content calendars
- Creating reports and summaries for business owners
These routine tasks are essential for keeping clients organized and focused on their core work.
11:00 AM – Web Strategy & Website Maintenance
This is where the creative side kicks in. I usually spend this block working on:
- WordPress theme customization
- Shopify app configurations
- Page layout/blog updates
- Testing mobile responsiveness and load speed
Whether it’s an opt-in page or a checkout issue, I’m here to make sure your site is smooth and conversion-ready.
2:00 PM – Strategy Calls & Client Check-ins
In the afternoon, I often jump on Zoom to:
- Review client goals
- Propose design or content updates
- Walk through analytics or heatmap data
As a Web Strategist, I help clients understand what’s working, and what’s not on their websites.
4:00 PM – Admin Wrap-Up & Learning Time
Before closing out the day:
- I follow up on pending client tasks
- Send off reports and updates
- Check in on ongoing website projects
I also set aside 30 minutes to learn something new, whether it’s a Shopify app update or SEO changes. Staying sharp is part of the job!
